Deputy Kieran O'Donnell asked the Minister for Health if he will allow the Covid-19 vaccination when administered to be documented on the World Health Organisation Recognised International Certificate of Vaccination to assist Irish persons who require the certificate in order to volunteer abroad (details supplied).
