1169. Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of farmers that would see their income increase under full convergence of pillar 1 payments by county in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30532/21]
View answerThe Deputy's question lacks sufficient information for this data to be completed as full convergence represents just one element of the payments model and the other parameters such as CRISS and ECO amounts are required to establish the information needed. If the Deputy could supply some additional parameters (a rate for CRISS, eco-schemes, young farmers scheme and coupled support), the Department can supply the information requested.
