Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide a copy of the briefing notes and any recommendations provided to him by his Department and the National Parks and Wildlife Service towards informing his opinion as declared and signed by him for the implementation of the wild birds derogations for the period 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2021.
