Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if she is satisfied in the context of the freedom of information publication scheme that all logs are published and up to date in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014; if not, the reason they are not published; and if she will update them as a matter of priority. My Department publishes Freedom of Information disclosure logs online on a quarterly basis. To date, all logs up to and including the first quarter of 2021 have been published on my Department's website here - www.gov.ie/en/publication/57a3b-foi-logs/.

The disclosure log for the second quarter of 2021 is being prepared and will be published shortly.
