View answerThese are matters which fall under the responsibilities of the the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform has no operational or policy responsibility to devise schemes for businesses, clubs or community organisations.
