2012. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Health the date to which the moratorium regarding claims made by a company (details supplied) has been extended to in respect of National Paediatric Hospital Development Board in view of the fact it was due to cease at the end of June 2021 in relation to court actions being taken. As the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB) has statutory responsibility for planning, designing, building, and equipping the new children's hospital. This includes assessment and defence of claims submitted by the contractor under the construction contract. I have therefore referred your question to the NPHDB for direct reply.
