Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 37 of 13 July 2021, the legal supports that are in place for persons making claims against the State for injuries associated with the Covid-19 vaccine; the mechanisms that are in place for the covering of costs and the payment of such claims; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
