The HSE have advised my officials that this issue has been resolved and that the Digital Covid Certificate (DCC) for Mr. Kennedy will issue by close of business today, 15th September 2021.
Typically these issues arise where the complete dataset, which extends beyond the information provided, is not recorded on the national Covid vaccination system (COVAX) and hence the data is not available for the creation of a DCC.
