Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform when the OPW plans to upgrade the condition of the public car park at Castletown House in Celbridge, County Kildare; the method of upgrading the surface which has been considered; the timelines for implementation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works (OPW) is in the process of providing continuing routine maintenance to the surface of the public car park at Castletown, Celbridge, County Kildare. These works are part of the ongoing maintenance works carried out at Castletown on an annual basis. There are no plans to replace the surface at this time.
