Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire asked the Minister for Education when a school (details suppled) will be in a position to draw down its physical education equipment grant; and if this will be paid directly to the school and then vouched or whether the school spends and then recoups the funds. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the application in question has been processed under my Departments Furniture and Equipment Scheme and the funds will shortly be paid directly to the school.
