Deputy Ivana Bacik asked the Minister for Transport if public bodies under his aegis and bodies publicly funded by his Department have a procurement policy which includes consideration of obligations under section 27 of the Disability Act 2005; if such procurement is audited for compliance with section 27; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
