View answerI can confirm that I received an application for a licence under section 3 of the Foreshore Act 1933 from Ballyheigue Strand Horse and Pony Racing Company Ltd., Ballyheigue, Co. Kerry on the 1st December 2021 for the proposed Horse and Pony Races that were scheduled for 27th December 2021.
