217. Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Housing; Local Government and Heritage when a person (details supplied) will receive their full pension entitlements from his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2753/22]
View answerThe Housing Agency assumed the role of dealing with pension matters for the NBA pensioners in October 2018. The Deputy will understand that it would not be appropriate for me as Minister to comment on the circumstances of any individual. However, my understanding is that a query has been raised by the Housing Agency with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in relation to this matter. This is under consideration and a reply will issue in due course.
