Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Education when the date will be set for the 2022 junior certificate cookery exam; if the reason for the delay is that the State Examinations Commission has been awaiting a final decision on the format of the junior certificate examinations from her Department; if a decision will be made and clarity given as soon as possible in view of the requirement for students to be able to plan and access school cooking facilities; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
