View answerAs part of the Government response to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the emerging refugee crisis, my Department is assisting the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth in providing shelter and support to displaced persons from the conflict in Ukraine. A number of options are being considered including emergency planning provisions under the Planning and Development Act 2000. However, these will be determined shortly.
