Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if there are persons who are employed by an organisation (details supplied) involved in the inspection of those wishing to attain International Education Mark accreditation, who are themselves owners, and directors involved in the provision of English language education; if so, if he is satisfied that there is no conflict of interest in this regard ; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
