Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications the knowledge that he had that Inland Fisheries Ireland had 16 uninsured vehicles on the road at the time that one was involved in an accident on 10 August 2021; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe issue of motor insurance for its vehicles is an operational matter for Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI). Neither I nor my Department have any role. IFI has established a specific email address for queries from Oireachtas members so that queries can be addressed promptly, in line with IFI’s objective to deliver services to the highest standards.
