264. Deputy Mick Barry asked the Minister for Transport if he will consider a review to the upper age limits for taxi drivers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29122/22]

There is no upper age limit for obtaining a driving licence for any category of vehicle, including taxis, provided that the relevant medical report by a registered medical practitioner accompanies the application.
