Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the number of applications that have been received by each county council for the streetscape enhancement scheme; the total amount of funding allocated to each council; the amount of funding drawn down by each council; if all approved applicants were paid; if she will allow each council to administer grants to applicants who have a genuine reason for being late in claiming the grant based on the work being completed before 30 April 2022; if there is an appeal process for the scheme; and if not, if she will introduce one.
