171. Deputy Marian Harkin asked the Minister for Transport if he will investigate a matter in regard to a driver test (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31405/22]

Minister of State at the Department of Transport

Under legislation, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) is the statutory body responsible for the operation of the national driving test. As the matter raised by the Deputy is an operational issue for the RSA, it would not be appropriate for me to comment.
