View answerFollowing the formalisation of the lease agreement between OPW and Wicklow County Council, the OPW will then be in a position to commence the tendering process. The exact length of time it will take for the formalisation of the lease is unfortunately beyond our control as my Department is not directly involved in this part of the process. However, I understand that the tendering process should be completed and a contractor appointed in quarter 4 2022.
