View answerI understand from enquiries made by my officials that the Department of Education completed its review of the incremental credit application for the person concerned and advised Louth Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB) of its decision, in late April 2022. LMETB has confirmed that it is currently processing the application of this decision, which involves complex calculations backdated to 1983 and that it expects to have the matter finalised and the increment credit to be applied and paid to the person concerned on 19 August 2022.
