View answerI am advised by Revenue that the ‘Ready Reckoner’, which is available at www.revenue.ie/en/corporate/documents/statistics/ready-reckoner.pdf, shows, on page 19, the estimated yield from changes to the rate of Stamp Duty on non-residential property.
The current rate of Stamp Duty on non-residential property is 7.5% and the proposed increases can be derived on a pro rata basis from the published table.
