Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide a list of all detailed opinions issued by the European Commission to his Department in 2021 and to date in 2022 with respect to legislation or policy initiated by his Department; and if the opinion highlighted conflicts or compliance with relevant European Union law in tabular form.
