1470. Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Justice the current status of an application by a person (details supplied) to transfer to an Irish prison under the Transfer of Sentenced Persons Act 1995; and if she will provide assurance that advices from her Department will be submitted at the next related hearing in October given the developments regarding the application.
