View answerMy Department publishes the Social Housing Construction Status Report (CSR). The CSR provides details of social housing developments that have been completed, are under construction or are progressing through the various stages of the design and tender processes. The most recent publication was for Quarter 1 2022 and is available at the following link: www.gov.ie/en/publication/6912a-social-housing-construction-projects-status-report-q1-2022/

The CSR does not include data on Part V schemes funded through local authority Part V delivery or the Capital Assistance Scheme. Part V delivery is contingent on private developers and as such details on Part V delivery are available once projects are complete.
