View answerThe Brexit Inshore Fisheries Business Model Adjustment Scheme is administered on behalf of my Department by Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM). I understand that one of the key eligibility criteria for this scheme is the requirement for an appropriate demonstration of fishing activity - either via logbook data for over 10m vessels, or a minimum level of sales to be uploaded to the SFPA's sales notes system for under 10m vessels. In the case of your constituent, BIM can provide feedback directly on any issues with their application as the application process is a private matter between BIM and each individual applicant.
