View answerAccording to CSO data, the value of sheepmeat imports from New Zealand to Ireland in 2021 was €5,155,000 and from January to June 2022 the value of imports was €1,503,000.
For comparative purposes, the value of sheep meat exports from Ireland in 2021 is estimated at €420 million.
