314. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Health if and when a full medical card restoration can be arranged in the case of a person (details supplied) whose case has been refused on review notwithstanding the fact that their circumstances have not changed and that they are 70 years of age; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
