592. The National Parks and Wildlife Service is responsible for zoo inspections (under the 2003 Zoo Licensing Regulations).  Any queries regarding the qualifications of the Inspector engaged by that organisation is a matter for National Parks and Wildlife and should be addressed to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
