View answerThe Waste Action Plan for A Circular Economy (WAPCE) sets out a commitment to 'analyse the impact of the landfill levy exemption for bio-waste and whether it should be removed’. A working group has recently been established to progress this matter and will complete its work in Q1 2023. There is currently no plan to review other landfill levy exemptions.
