125. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Taoiseach if the investigation into the leaking of the final report of the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation has been concluded; if so, the findings of the investigation; and, if not, the estimated timeframe for the conclusion of that investigation. The investigation to which the Deputy refers is being conducted by a senior official in my Department and it has not yet been concluded. I have not involved myself in the detail of the process and it is not possible at this point to indicate when the process will be completed.
