Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications the number of dedicated spaces for breastfeeding and expressing breast milk in workplaces within his Department and the workplaces of public bodies and agencies under his remit, including a list of said buildings which do and do not have these facilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerMy Department provides at least one comfortable and private room in each office with relevant facilities for the purposes of breastfeeding and expressing breast milk. The information requested in relation to the agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each agency. The Department will request the relevant bodies to reply directly to the Deputy with the information requested in respect of their organisations.
