Durkan asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if a refusal by SUSI of a higher education grant in the name of a person (details supplied) will be reviewed and who was deemed ineligible for whatever reason; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The awarding authority Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI) does not have a record of an application by a student under the details provided by the Deputy.

We require confirmation that the name provided by the Deputy is that of the student who made an application to SUSI and the SUSI W Reference Number for this student if available, in order to provide an answer.
