240. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Transport if he will request a review of an application by a person (details supplied) waiting on a driving test for work purposes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51473/22]

As the Road Safety Authority has statutory responsibility for the operation of the national driving test this question is being referred to the Authority for direct reply.

I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
