Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the permission if any that was needed and or granted for the construction works that are ongoing at Tom Johnson House; the times and days within which such noisy work is permitted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The construction works at Tom Johnson House are exempted development. The works are incompliance with the Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition.
