Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill asked the Minister for Health the provisions that will be made for third year counselling trainee psychologists who will not benefit from the new funding support announced in the Budget 2023 and have invested €50,000 in their doctorate fees over the past three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
