Deputy Ciarán Cannon asked the Minister for Transport in view of the recent commitment by the assistant Garda commissioner to provide an online portal for the submission of dashcam evidence by 2024, if any additional legislation is necessary for such a portal; and if so, when he intends to bring forward such legislation.
