Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Transport if he is satisfied customer complaints submitted by persons (details supplied) in County Donegal regarding transport issues, the student leap card and an associated refund are fully responded to; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport. However, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
The matter raised is an operational matter for the company. I have, therefore, referred the Deputy's question to Bus Éireann for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
