View answerThe issue at hand is an operational matter for the board of the ESB, which is independent of the Minister, and therefore this is not an issue in which I have a function. Deputies have been provided with contact details for the ESB should they wish to raise matters such as the subject of this PQ. In this instance, I have forwarded the query raised in the question to the ESB for their attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
