View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that the school referred to has been approved for a project under my Department's Additional School Accommodation (ASA) Scheme. The project will provide the following accommodation at the school: 1 x Mainstream classroom including en-suite toilet and & 2 x SET rooms. This project has been devolved for delivery to the school authority and an approval letter was issued in this respect on the 25/11/2022.
The next step in the process is for the school authority to procure a design team to guide the project through the various stages of architectural planning.
