Durkan asked the Minister for Health if the HSE has conducted any tests on disposable vapes currently on sale in Ireland following the discovery of non-compliant stock on the UK market where some brands were found to exceed maximum nicotine levels by as much as 50% in excess of the permitted level; if he has been informed of the results of any tests; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
