Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he will provide details of his engagement with the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications concerning the compulsory provision of subtitles by all television stations and visually based broadcast companies operating in Ireland.
