Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Health the status of the case of a person (details supplied) who, following a diagnosis of lung cancer at St. James's Hospital, Dublin was referred for a second biopsy and has yet to receive any communication regarding an appointment date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
