469. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform the number of allegations of bullying made by departmental staff against departmental staff in each of the past five years and to date in 2023, in tabular form; and if he will detail what actions are being taken by his Department to investigate the allegations, or if they are being investigated. In the past 5 years my Department have dealt with 2 cases brought under the Civil Service Dignity at Work Policy. All matters brought under this policy are addressed in full as set out in the Civil Service Dignity at Work Policy. I include a link to the policy in full here.
