View answerUnder the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the Health Service Executive (HSE) has statutory responsibility for decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicines. Therefore, the first matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
On the second matter, my officials have advised me that my Department has not received a request for a meeting with these participants to date.
