View answerMy Department issued a Stage 4 tender approval for this project on 12 April 2021. I understand that legal issues have arisen in the transfer of the land to the local authority. Should the site become available, the project may be reactivated by the Council who advise that the period between tendering the works and completion of the project could be approximately 18 months.
