Deputy Johnny Guirke asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide any independent peer-reviewed scientific and/or industry-based evidence as to how the installation of a fine bubble-diffused aeration system can increase a waste-water treatment plants' physical PE load capacity by more than 20% (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
