View answerMy Department requires that all applications are used in line with policies and procedures in compliance with GDPR. All official departmental mobile devices and apps which run on them comply with guidance provided by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). This guidance is based on risk assessments appropriate to the circumstances and is kept under continuous review by the NCSC.
My Department requires all users of official devices to exercise appropriate discretion in their use, and in compliance with our policies in relation to appropriate use of technology, Data Protection and the Civil Service Code of Conduct.
