Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide the construction costs and the all-in development costs per square meter, for social housing projects delivered via SHIP construction, SHIP turnkey, CALF construction, CALF turnkey, Part V, CAS construction and CAS turnkey, in tabular form; and if he will provide a further breakdown of this information for each local authority.
